Stuart serves as manager of the family trust and its ownership in Parks Automotive Group and Capital Automotive Group, as well as a principal in residential and commercial real estate ventures. Prior to his current role, Stuart led the design of over 100 projects including renovation and new construction of residential and commercial facilities. A graduate of both the University of Virginia and Princeton University, he worked for over a decade in New York City and internationally in public sector and private consulting roles. Stuart is a passionate ally of the creative and performing arts and has served on numerous boards in the Triad and Charlotte.

Kevin acts as legal counsel to Parks Companies and the Parks Family Office. Previously he worked in private practice in Cincinnati, Kentucky and Tennessee, served as in-house counsel in transactional, real estate and trademark matters for a publicly traded restaurant company, and acted as General Counsel for another family office. Licensed to practice law since 1997, Kevin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and Miami University. He joined Parks Companies in 2020.

Carl leads Parks Companies financial and accounting functions, bringing 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, enterprise cash flow forecasting and capital management, financial reporting, technical accounting and finance operations for a publicly traded financial company. He is a graduate of Elon University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Carl joined Parks Companies in 2025.

Kane manages over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate for Parks Companies, in addition to providing brokering, project management and property marketing expertise. Kane holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing as well as a Bachelor's degree from Lynn University. With over a decade of experience in real estate, he joined Parks Companies in 2020.

Elle manages Parks Companies' dealership properties, handling operator and tenant relations, lease administration, vendor oversight, capital improvements and financial reporting. She brings experience managing more than 1,000,000 square feet of Class A commercial assets across the Southeast, along with multifamily and single-family communities. Elle joined Parks Companies in 2025.

Ben serves as Controller at Parks Companies, supporting the Chief Operating Officer in accounting, financial analysis and reporting. Ben earned Master's and Bachelor's in Accounting from North Carolina State University. He joined Parks Companies in 2025.

Kimberly fulfills multiple roles, serving the family office as Executive Office Assistant as well as the Property Manager over all of Parks Family Holdings' residential properties. Kim brings nearly 40 years of property management experience and a keen eye for organizational improvement. She joined Parks Companies in 2024.

Wes manages Parks Companies� mixed-use assets, overseeing vendors and ongoing maintenance across the portfolio while facilitating larger capital repairs and renovations from bidding and budgeting through closeout. He brings 20 years in commercial construction, most recently as a superintendent and project manager on ground-up, renovation and upfit projects in contract values up to $8 million. Wes joined Parks Companies in 2023.
